
Ingredients:
Pesalu (Green moong dal) – 1 cup
Minapappu (Urad dal) – ½ cup
Green chilies – 8
Ginger – 2” piece
Cumin seeds – 1tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
1.Soak moong and urad dal, separately,for 3 to 4 hours. Drain it.
2.Grind moong dal and urad dal with ginger ,green chilli, cumin seeds,coriander leaves and salt into a paste. Do not add water .
3.Put this paste in a bowl add chopped onion ,curry leaves and mix it well. Heat oil in a skillet then make it into a shape of vada and fry it until brown.
Serve hot with any chutney .
