
2 plantains/Aratikaya
1/2 cup rice flour
2 green chillies
1/2 bunch curry leaves
1/2 bunch coriander/cilantro
1/2 chana dal
red chilly powder to taste
a pinch of turmeric
oil for deep frying
salt to taste
Method:
1.wash the raw bananas,cut they edges.boil in the pressure cooker.
2.Peel the skin of raw bananas,then smash it to a smooth paste.
3.Mix all the ingredients together and make them into disc shapes and deep fry them in oil.
Serve with ketchup or as it is.
