Ingredients:
chilakada dumpa/sweet potato 250gr
jaggery 500 gr
ghee 100gr
fried dry fruits 10
raisin 10
cardomom powder 2tbsp
water
Method:
1.Clean the potatos,presure cook it for 3 whistles and set aside to cool.smash it.
2.Make syrup with jaggery and water till thin strings form.Add smash potatos Stir until it starts to thicken .
3.Add the ghee bit by bit , while stirring all the time.Continue stirring.
4..Once the ghee separates from halva , add the cardamom powder and the nuts .
5.Pour on a greased tray and cool it.Cut into pieces .
let them cool .enjoy.
