
Ingredients:
2 Carrots
4 cups milk
3/4th cup sugar
2 tbsp Ghee
20 Cashewnuts
4 cardamoms
Method:
1.Peel the carrots&grate it.
2.Saute the grated carrots in ghee for 5 minutes.
3.Now add the milk to the paste and bring the milk to boil.
4.Add sugar and caradamom powder and boil it for 8-10 mins...
5.Fry cashews,badham in ghee and add to the kheer.
6.Serve warm or cold.
