
Ingredients:
1 cup vermicilli
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tbsp. ghee
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. saffron, crushed
1 tbsp. cashew nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. raisins
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashews, raisins till golden color. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Heat remaining ghee in a pan, add vermicilli and fry until brown.
Add milk and simmer until the vermicilli is tender. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and nuts.
Mix well and remove from the heat.
Serve hot or cold.
