
ingredients :
1 cup channa dal (Bengal gram and senaga pappu)
1/2 cup urud dal (mina pappu)
10 large red chillies
1/4 cup coriander seeds (dhaniyalu)
1 tsp oil
pinch asafoetida
Method:
Fry all ingredients in a small amount of oil on low heat. Once the fried mixture is luke warm transfer contents to blender and add a table spoon of salt and grind to a fine powder.
Store in jar.Add this curry powder to a vegetable curry to make it more tastier.
