
Ingredients:
Channa dhall - 4 tsp
Urad dhall - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Red chillies - 4 nos
Salt to taste
Asafoetida powder.
Method:
Fry all the ingredients one by one to golden brown (including salt). Let it cool and grind it into a fine powder.
Use for Sambar, Rasam and many other preparations.
This powder is good for any stomach disorders
