
Ingredient:
1 cup channa dal
1 tsp oil
3/4 cup coriander seeds
10 large red chillies
1 tsp black pepper (whole)
1/4 tsp fenugreek
2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp Bengal gram dal
2 tsp red gram dal (pigeon peas, toor dal)
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 large sticks cinnamon bark & few curry leaves
pinch asafoetida
Preparation Method:
Fry ingredients in a tea spoon of oil on low heat and powder the fried stuff in blender when luke warm to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container and use as required.
