Salsa


Ingredients:

2 tomatoes,pulp only
1/4 onion
1/2 garlic clove,peeled
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp fresh parsley
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Put all ingredients in the chopper beaker and chop briefly by pulsing the high speed button until mixed but chunky.
Serve as a dip with totilla chips.
