
Ingredients:
300gr broccoli,cut into florets and with the stalk rougly chopped
handful of chervil
2 tbsps chives
150ml vegetable stock
tabasco sauce
2 tbsps cream
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method:
1.Place the broccoli and the stock into a medium saucepan.
2.Bring to boil,then reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 min.stir in the chives,tabasco sauce and seasoning,and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
3.Remove from heat and blend until smooth together with cream.
