Besan Curry

Ingredients:
1 big onion chopped
1 Tomato
2 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies (cut into half)
1 tsp garam masala
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Few coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp of oil

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies . When seeds splatter, add chopped onion, salt and turmeric to it and fry until soft on slow medium flame and add tomato.Let it cook for 5 min utill onions,tomato cook well.
2. Take besan in small bowl add water to it(Accroding to besan quantity), mix well without any lumps then add besan water to the curry and mix well. Let it cook for another 2 mins, add garam masala,curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Serve hot wih puri or chapathi.
