
Sundal Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Channa Dal
• 5 red Chilies
• Few Curry Leaves
• ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• Salt to Taste
• Oil for Seasoning
Method:
1.Wash and soak channa dal for 8 hours,cook it in Pressure cook along with little salt.
2.Add mustard seeds to the heated oil in a pan,when they splutter, add chilies and fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add cooked channa dal, curry leaves, shredded coconut, and salt and mix well.
