Ingredients:
4 cups Rice flour
1 large Onion
1 tablespoon gingergarlic paste
1 cup sesame seeds
1 onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 pinch of turmeric
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp or Green Chillies - 3
Split Peanuts
Chana Dal - 2 tbsp(soaked)
curry leaves
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
1.Mix rice flour, sesame seeds, cumin seeds,gingergarlic paste, salt, chilli powder,curry leaves ,cilantro,turmeric,onion.
2.Pour boiling water into the rice flour Mix the flour mixture with enough warm water to make it to chapati flour consistency.
3.Divide the dough into equal parts.
4.Grease a frying pan with a little cooking oil generously into it and spread the oil. Spread the batter about 1/4th inch thick in the pan, make random holes and pour some more oil into them. cover it and cook it on high.
Crispy, yummy sarvapindi is ready.
