
Ingredients:
3 potatoes diced
1 cup maida/ allpurpose flour
1 cup cornflour
salt to taste
Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
2 tbsp red chillie powder
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp redorange color
vegetable oil
Direction:
1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients with little water into a fine batter and add potatoes.marinate for 30 min.
2. deep fry each piece golden brown.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add garlic, slit green chillies, curry leaves, fried potatoes. Stir well for a minute and shift into a serving plate.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
