
Ingredients:
1 loaf unsliced French bread
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3 large cloves of fresh garlic, crushed and minced
Preparation:
1.Cut French bread loaf into 1-inch thick slices, but not quite all the way through. 2.Combine butter, parsley, and garlic, stirring well; spread between bread slices.
3.Reassemble the loaf; wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
