Urad dal/chaya minapappu-1/2 kg
Rice Flour-1 kg
oil-1 kg
vaamu(Ajwain)-2 tsp
salt to taste
chilli Powder
Method:
1.Soak urad dal for 4 hours,gring into a smooth paste.
2.Add it to a rice four,vaamu,salt ,chilli powder.Heat 2 tbsp. of oil and add to this mix.
3.Add enough water to make a smooth dough,Take small balls and press it.like aloo tikki.
4.Heat oil and deep fry all Palakayalu 15-20 at a time
