Peanut Chutney


Ingredients:

Roasted peanuts 1 cup
Green chilies or red chillies 4
Garlic pods 5 to 6
Cumin seeds 1 to 2 tbsp
Yogurt/Curds 3tbsp( medium sour )
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

1.Heat oil in a small pan and add cumin seeds, green chilies, and garlic pods. Fry for a minute .
2.Grind to a fine paste adding roasted peanuts, salt to taste, and Tamating juice or Curdand add little water for wet.
3.In a pan heat oil, pop mustard seeds, then add jeera, dry red chili, curry leaves and hing. Pour this seasoning on top of the chutney and mix in.
serve with dosa,idli,vada.
