
Ingredients :
1 ltr Whole milk
250gr Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
little ghee
Instructions:
1.Take a heavy bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Do not put on high flame, always put on low or medium heat. Let this simmer for 2 hours , stirring every now and then to avoid sticking to the bottom of the vessel.
2.When the milk thickens you would see the colour change to light yellow and the consistency becomes little sticky.
3.Transfer the content to greased plate ,let cool and shape as desired.
