Tamoto Rice



Ingredients:

2 cup Basmati Rice
20 ml butter
1/4 bunch Coriander ,mint,leaves
2 drops Garam Masala (Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Elaichi
1/2 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 number onion
taste to salt
4 number tomatos,green chillis
2 cup water

Method:

1.In a heavy bottomed pan,add butter&garam masala just fry little bit then add gingergarlic paste,onions,green chillis fry for few minutes.
2. make tomatos like a paste then add to the pan and fry for few minutes.
3.add coriander&mint leaves.
4.add water & rice then cookit in a low flame.
5.Garnish with roasted cahewnuts &corinder leaves. Serve this hot with & Cucumber Raithaor with any curry it tastes good .
