
Ingredients:
Bengal gram/Chana dal 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Cardamom(Elachi) 10
Dry coconut powder 100gr
Cachew nuts 100gr
Instcructions:
1. Roast chana dal till light brown(20min) in a pan and Let cool of completely.
2. Grind the sugar first keep aside and then grind chana dal(It’s very important that the mixture is smooth and super fine).
3. Melt the ghee and let this cool .
3. Mix these two powders and add little by little melted ghee till you get a consistency where you can mold them in the form of laddoo.
Stays for a week or so if kept in air tight containder.
