rice 3 cups
Lemon juice (5 lemons)
6 Green chilies
3 dry chilies
Salt to taste
Oil 3 table spoons
Black gram dal 1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds ½ spoons
Jeera ½ spoons
Peanuts 3 table spoons
Turmeric ¼ tea spoons
Curry leaves 10
Cachew nuts 5
Asafetida one pinch
Cooking procedure:
1.Wash rice and Cook 3 cups of rice.Keep the rice in an open basin for 15 minutes so that it will become cool.
2.Take the lemon juice.Mix cooked rice well with lemon juice and turmeric.
3.Take a pan.Add 3 table spoons of oil and heat it.
4. Add black gram dal, jeera, mustard seeds and peanuts,cachew nuts keep it turns light brown. Add one pinch of asafetida.
5. Add dry chilies and green chilies and curry leaves, leave it for 2 minutes after that add adequate salt.
6. After that add this mix to rice. Mix well.
ur lemon rice is ready....
