Ingredients:

dough preparation :
maida ..1cup
baking powder..1spoon
salt ..a pinch,
baking soda ..a pinch
butter ..1/4th cup
oil for deep frying

putting on top of dough :
ghee ..5 spoons
rice flour .. 14th cup
sugar powder..14th cup

list for sugar syrup
sugar ..2 cups
water ..1 and half cups
cardomom powder ..a pinch
milk ..1 tsp
saffron strings .. few


Process:
1. First sieve maida along with other ingredients twice for even mixing and then mix with butter and little water as chapati dough and let it stay for 30 min covering with a lid .

2. Keep a bowl on stove and put sugar and water and let boil after it starts boiling put a spoon of milk so that any dust from sugar forms can be removed .now look for a single string consistency and put cardomom powder and few strings of saffron threads and stop the stove .

3. Now make 4 to 5 big balls from the dough so that u can prepare fast.take a ball of dough and roll as chapati ,try to make it in square shape so that wastage will be less.
now apply ghee, sugar powder,rice flour to one end and make fold as u do paper fan for kids .u fold it in same direction with applying ghee,rice flour,sugar powder each time and lastly press little with chapati stick and cut with knife of 2 inches size.let them be for 5 min that way .

4.now deep fry till gloden brown and put in sugar syrup .let them stay for 15 to 20 min and remove from syrup and store in air tight container

5. yummy crispy kaajas are ready to eat and to put some calories as well(just kidding) enjoy cooking.
