Chinese Fried Rice




Ingredients:

2 cups Basmathi Rice
3 tbsp Oil
100 gms Beans Finely Chopped
50 grs peas
2 Carrot Finely Chopped
1/2 tsp Ajenomoto
1 Onion Sliced
100 gms Cabbage Finely Chopped
2 Spring Onions Finely Chopped
3 Green Chilies cut lenghtwise
1 tsp Ginger Chopped Finely
1 tsp Garlic Finely Chopped
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Chilli sauce to serve


Method:

1.Pick, wash and soak the rice in enough water for 10-15 minutes and drain.
Boil water add rice add little salt. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
3. Chop the leaves of the spring onions.
4. Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder.
5. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add the rice, soya sauce and salt. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
