
Ingredients
Serves 4
2 cups Rice flour
1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 cups water
2 tbsps Butter
1 tsp sugar
2 tsps Red chilli powder
1 tbsp vaamu (ajwain,omamu,caram seeds)
Salt to taste

Method
1.Add butter to rice flour and bring to a boil,stirring continuously till it forms a thick mixture and turn off heat.Cover and keep aside to cool.
2.In boiling water add salt,chilli powder,jeera(cumin seeds),vaamu and bring to boil.
3.Combine above two mixtures and sesameseeds and a little water to moisten. Divide the mixture into twenty portions and make small flat rounds like tikki's by patting them on palm of the hand.Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the tikki's till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve.
