Pachi Pulusu


Ingredients:

Tamarind water – 3 cups,
Chopped onions – ½ cup,
Salt to taste,
Sugar/jaggery – 1 tbspoon.
Red Chilli – 4 no.
red chilli powder 1 tbsp
dhaniya(coriander) powder 1 tbsp
turmeric pinch
Oil – 1 tspn
coriander chopped

Method :
1.soak tamarind and make 3 glasses of tamarind juice
2.Add jaggery, salt, hand crushed red chillies, finely choped onions.
green chillies,termeric,chop coriander,ginger garlic paste,Dhaniya powder.
3.thalimpu: heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let them splutter add curry leaves.
4.add tamarind juice and mix well. no need to heat.
If u want add 1 tbsp of peanut powder or sesame powder.
Serve with hot rice.
