
Ingredients:
1/2 kg curd
2 Carrot(grated)
1 green chiily (finely chopped)
1 ginger (finely chopped)
1 red chilli
few coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp oil for tadka (thalimpu)
1/4 mustard seeds (small)
1/4 cumin (jeera)
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
Beat curd.
Add carrot grate, salt, green chilly and coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a large spoon. Add mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves,red chilli.
Add it to the raita. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hr before serving.
Serve the onion raita with tamarind or fried rice.
