
1 1/2 cup chana dal 1 cup urad dal 1 cup Toor dal 1/2 cup Moong dal 2 tsp Cumin Seeds 7-8 red chillies salt | 1. Fry the above ingrediants seperatley without oil, until golden brown. 2. Fry redchillies in 1/2 tsp oil. 3. Grind chana dal, urad dal, toor dal, moong dal, cumin seeds, red chillies and salt to a fine powder. Eat with hot rice and ghee. |
